Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

• All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds follow our fair-use policy; chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• You authorize us to store a tokenized payment method for subscriptions, where applicable.

Content

Course materials are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• License is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
• Downloading is allowed only where explicitly enabled.
• We may remove content that violates law or policy without prior notice.

Liability

We provide educational content “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

• In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• No warranty of uninterrupted availability is provided.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; limits may not apply to you.
